Signature for an online form

Job and admission portals often ask for a scanned signature, usually a small JPEG of around 10–50 KB. You don't need a scanner: a phone photo works if READY cleans it up.

Steps

1. Sign on plain white paper with a dark blue or black pen.
2. Take a straight photo in good light, without your shadow on the paper.
3. Open the tool, frame just the signature and pick black or blue ink.
4. Save. READY removes the grey paper, trims the edges and keeps the file under your KB limit.
